Villa Bella Vista translated to English means the villa with a beautiful view. Yes, the Villa Bella Vista does have a magnificent view of the Lake Bled and the beautiful island with a church on it. The lake and the church are one of the symbols of Slovenia.Villa Bella Vista is over a hundred years old. In the last year, the villa was completely renovated observing the New Art Movement that started in the beginning of the 20th century. The original fascade, the doors , the stairs, and the light fixtures show a perfect example of how a building looked a hundred years ago.
Tomaz and Maria Fischinger are the owners of Villa Bella Vista. They are retired teachers. The Fischingers live in the villa for about five to six months out of the year. They rent out rooms and apartments during the vacation season.
RENTING INFORMATIONWe are renting our rooms and vacation apartments from May to October. The accomodations are excellent. One can see the beautiful Bled Island out of sixty percent of the windows from our Villa Bella Vista. One of the floors has air conditioning. Next year all three floors will have air conditioning. The prices are very reasonable.
